IMPORTANT: the brackets are ANNUAL BASE-PERIOD EARNINGS ('Annual Earnings ... Not Less Than'), not high-quarter wages; the row floors are the 'not less than' amounts and each row runs up to the next floor.) applied to your highest-earning quarter. Working part-time? Partial benefits
New Hampshire disregards part of what you earn in a week before reducing your benefit. Estimate what a part-time week leaves you with:
- Disregard: 0.3 × WBA $400.00 = $120.00
- Countable earnings: $150.00 − $120.00 = $30.00
- Payable: WBA $400.00 − $30.00 = $370.00
How long benefits can last
Up to 26 weeks.
